Terms & Conditions

  1. Who we are & how these terms work

1.1.

We are KK Events Ltd (“KK Events”, “we”, “us” “our”). Our registered office is at 12 Hallmark Trading Estate, Fourth Way, Wembley, England, HA9 0LB and our registered number is 14455293.

1.2.

KK Events hosts and manages Killing Kittens Events (including parties, retreats and cruises) and runs certain aspects of the Killing Kittens private members’ club and loyalty programmes.

1.3.

These Terms govern a specific membership product operated by KK Events:


the KK Club Membership (the “Club”), which provides access to:


  1. a loyalty points programme (the “Points”); and

  2. access to certain Club-level social events including invited events in the O2 Box, and other designated Club events (the “Club Events”).


Together, we refer to the Club Membership, the Points and the Club Events as the “Club Services”.

1.4.

These Terms apply in addition to:


  1. the Killing Kittens Association Terms (your core KK membership rules); and

  2. the KK Events Terms & Conditions (for events, parties, retreats and cruises).


If there is a conflict between those terms and these Club Terms in relation to the Club Services, these Club Terms will apply to the extent of that conflict.

1.5.

By applying for, paying for or using the KK Club Membership, collecting Points or attending Club Events, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.6.

KK Events is part of the wider KK Group, whose mission is to create premium, femme-led digital and real-world spaces where women and open-minded members can connect and experience curated, hedonistic experiences.

  1. Who can join the KK Club

2.1.

Eligibility. You may apply to become a Club Member (“Member”) if:


  1. you are 21 years or older;

  2. you hold an active and paid Killing Kittens Association Membership through the WAX app; and

  3. you have not previously had your Killing Kittens membership or Club Membership suspended or terminated by us.

2.2.

Personal membership only. Club Membership is for personal use only. Clubs, companies or other legal entities cannot be Members.

2.3.

Our discretion. KK reserves the absolute right to accept or reject any application for Club Membership at its discretion, and to set or amend eligibility criteria from time to time.

2.4.

Ongoing requirement for Club Membership. Your Club Membership is dependent on you holding an active and paid Killing Kittens Association Membership through the WAX app. If this Membership lapses, is suspended, or is terminated for any reason, your Club Membership will automatically lapse and any unused Points will be forfeited.

  1. How to apply & club account details

3.1.

How to join. You can apply to become a Club Member through:


  1. the WeAreX / WAX app or website.

3.2.

Information we require. To process your application we mayl ask for certain information (some of which we already hold through your membership administered through the WAX app), including:


  1. full name

  2. date of birth

  3. gender

  4. country of residence and nationality

  5. email address and mobile number

  6. a profile picture and/or proof of ID (to verify identity and for event entry)

  7. any other information we reasonably require to administer your Club Membership.

3.3.

Accuracy of information. You must ensure that the information you provide is accurate and kept up to date. You can update your details via the app/website.

3.4.

One Club Membership account. Each Club Membership is linked to a single KK Club account, and only one Club account may exist per Membership. A Club Membership may be held by an individual or a couple; however, it still counts as one Membership and therefore has:


  1. one Points balance,

  2. one renewal date, and

  3. one set of Membership benefits.


Where a couple shares a Membership, they will still be required to purchase or redeem separate tickets for each attendee (for example, two tickets for two people).


If we identify duplicate Club accounts for the same Membership, we may merge or close accounts and adjust the Points balance accordingly (including removing duplicated or incorrectly credited Points).

3.5.

Account security. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify us immediately.

  1. Membership fees & term

4.1.

Joining fee. To start your Club Membership, you must pay a joining fee at the rate shown at the time of joining (the “Joining Fee”). This is a one-off payment and is non-refundable except where required by law.

4.2.

Annual fee. Club Membership is an annual subscription. To remain a Member and retain your Points, you must pay an annual membership fee (the “Annual Fee”) at the rate shown at renewal.

4.3.

Payment. Fees are payable via the payment methods offered in the app/website or by any other method we specify. Your Membership is not active until we receive cleared payment.

4.4.

Renewal. Your Club Membership will not auto-renew. At the end of your current membership term, you will be invited to renew your Membership manually.


If you renew your Membership before your term expires, any unused Points will carry over into your new Membership year.


If you choose not to renew, your Membership will end at the end of your current term and all unused Points will automatically expire and be forfeited. Expired Points cannot be reinstated, exchanged, transferred or refunded.

4.5.

Changes to fees. We may change the Joining Fee and Annual Fee for new or renewing Members from time to time. Any change will apply from your next renewal or new Membership; it will not increase fees already paid for the current Membership year.

  1. The KK Club Points – overview

5.1.

What are Points? Points are digital credits associated with your Club account which you can earn or buy and redeem against eligible Club Events and selected KK experiences (“Rewards”). Points:


  1. have no cash value;

  2. are not your property;

  3. cannot be exchanged for cash or credit; and

  4. cannot be sold, traded, or transferred except as expressly permitted in these Terms.

5.2.

Points valuation. Unless stated otherwise in a specific offer, Points are issued and purchased according to the following programme reference rates (as an example only):


Earning Points:

£10 spent = 1 Point


Purchasing Points:

£1 purchased = 10 Points


These rates are subject to change, and the current applicable rates will always be displayed in the WAX app and/or on our website.


These rates are programme conventions only and do not mean that Points have a cash value or can be exchanged or redeemed at a fixed monetary rate.

5.3.

Points purchase blocks


Points can be purchased in fixed blocks, as shown on the app or website at the time of purchase.


The sizes of these blocks may vary from time to time, and we will always display the current available options within your account.

  1. Earning Points

6.1.

How you can earn Points. You can earn Points in several ways, including (subject to availability and any specific offer terms):


  1. by purchasing Points directly from KK on the app or website;

  2. by spending on eligible KK experiences such as cruises, retreats and selected parties, where we specify that such spending earns Points;

  3. through promotional offers, bonuses or welcome bundles (for example, early-member joining Points);

  4. through any other earning opportunities we may make available from time to time.

6.2.

Base earn rate. Unless we state otherwise, the standard earn rate for eligible KK spend is:


£10 (eligible spend) = 1 Point


This earn rate is subject to change, and the current rate will always be displayed in the WAX app and/or on our website.


We may apply promotional earn rates, multipliers or bonuses for certain experiences, tiers, or campaigns.

6.3.

Qualifying spend. Points will only be earned on spend that:


  1. is made by you as the named Member;

  2. has not been cancelled, refunded, reversed, or disputed;

  3. is clearly advertised as Points-earning.


Only qualifying spend counts toward your Points balance.

6.4.

Posting of Points. The time it takes for Points to appear in your account will vary depending on the activity. For example:


  1. Points earned from KK experiences may be credited only after the experience has taken place or any relevant refund window has closed;

  2. Points from Points purchases are normally credited shortly after successful payment.


We will always show the expected crediting timeframe where relevant.

6.5.

Missing Points. If you believe Points have not been credited correctly, you must contact us within 6 months of the relevant activity and provide proof. We will investigate, and our decision will be final.

6.6.

Errors. If Points are credited to your account in error, or later activity (such as a refund) means you were never entitled to them, we may reverse or adjust those Points at any time and/or cancel any Rewards booked using those Points.

6.7.

Unless we expressly state otherwise, you will not earn Points on:


  1. membership fees (including the Club Membership fee or Annual Fee);

  2. taxes, fees, surcharges or service charges;

  3. experiences or products not advertised as Points-earning.

  1. Buying Points

7.1.

Purchasing Points. You can purchase Points directly from KK in fixed blocks, as shown in the app or website at the time of purchase. Block sizes and prices may change from time to time.

7.2.

Purchase rate. Unless stated otherwise in a specific offer, Points are sold at a reference rate of:


£1 = 10 Points


This rate is subject to change, and the current purchase rate will always be displayed in the WAX app and/or on our website.


This rate is a programme convention and does not give Points a cash value.

7.3.

No cooling-off once used. If you buy Points and then redeem any of those Points before asking to cancel the purchase, you will no longer have any right to cancel that Points purchase.

  1. Spending Points on Club Events

8.1.

Eligible Rewards. You can redeem Points on:


  1. Club Events (for example, O2 Box nights and other designated Club socials); and

  2. other KK products/services that we explicitly mark as redeemable using Club Points.

8.2.

Availability. Not all events or tickets are available for Points redemption. Allocation may be limited and is subject to first-come, first-served rules, waitlists, and capacity constraints.

8.3.

Ticket pricing (points). Each ticket will have a Points price. We may change Points prices at any time for future bookings.

8.4.

Plus-one behaviour. Many Members attend as a couple or with a plus-one. When you book two tickets, the total Points cost will be 2 × the per-ticket Points price (for example, 2 × 275 = 550 Points).

8.5.

Redemption process. To redeem Points for a Club Event you must:


  1. have sufficient available Points at the time of booking; and

  2. follow the booking process in the app/website (or through any channel we specify).


Once confirmed, the relevant Points will be deducted from your account.

8.6.

No cash alternative. When you redeem Points for a Club Event, you are purchasing a ticket in Points, not in cash. There is no cash alternative, and Points cannot be re-exchanged for money.

8.7.

Cancellations & no-shows. Unless we state otherwise for a specific Event, or unless required by law, Points redeemed for a Club Event are non-refundable if you cancel your booking or do not attend the Event for any reason.


If an Event is cancelled by us, we will normally re-credit the Points used for that Event (or offer an appropriate alternative Event).


Any such re-credit or alternative Event is your sole remedy for Event cancellation.

8.8.

Payment method (no mixed payments). Club Event tickets must be paid for using either:


  1. 100% Points, or

  2. 100% regular payment methods (such as debit/credit card or other payment options offered at checkout).


We do not permit mixed payments, including any combination of Points and cash for the same ticket or booking.

8.9.

Third-party charges. Some Club Events may involve third-party costs (e.g. travel, food upgrades) which are not covered by your Points. Those remain your responsibility.

  1. Points expiry, carry-over & membership status

9.1.

While your Membership is active. While you are a fully paid-up Club Member and the Club programme is running, your Points will not expire purely with time.

9.2.

If you fail to renew. If you do not renew your Club Membership by your Renewal Date:


  1. your Club Membership will lapse;

  2. you will no longer be able to earn or spend Points; and

  3. all unused Points will automatically expire and be forfeited on or shortly after the date your Membership ends.


We do not permit mixed payments, including any combination of Points and cash for the same ticket or booking.

9.3.

Carry-over on renewal. If you renew on time, any unused Points in your balance will carry over into the new Membership year and remain available (subject to any programme changes).

9.4.

Programme closure. If we decide to close the Club programme entirely, we will normally give you notice and a period during which you can redeem your Points. At the end of that period, any unused Points will expire.

  1. Club Events – behaviour & rules

10.1.

Code of Behaviour. All Club Events are subject to the Killing Kittens Code of Behaviour and Event Rules (as set out in your Association and Events Terms). In particular, you must:


  1. act respectfully towards all other attendees and staff;

  2. follow consent rules and never harass, coerce, or abuse anyone;

  3. respect privacy and discretion – no photography or recording;

  4. comply with all laws and venue rules;

  5. not bring illegal substances;

  6. comply with our staff’s directions at all times.

10.2.

Guests. As a Member, you may be permitted to invite Guests to Club Events by using your Points to obtain additional tickets, subject to:


  1. any limit on the number of Guest tickets available for that Event;

  2. your Guest holding an active and paid Killing Kittens Association Membership through the WAX app;

  3. your Guest being the same KK member who attends the Event (you cannot use a Guest ticket to bring non-members or substitute friends);

  4. your Guest completing any required guest registration process; and

  5. your Guest agreeing to comply with the Code of Behaviour, Event Rules, and all instructions issued by KK staff.

  6. follow consent rules and never harass, coerce, or abuse anyone;


You are responsible for your Guests and their behaviour.

10.3.

Refusal of entry / removal. We may refuse entry to, or remove, any Member or Guest who:


  1. breaches these Terms, the Code of Behaviour, or any Event Rules;

  2. appears intoxicated, unsafe or disruptive; or

  3. poses a risk to others or the reputation of KK, in our reasonable opinion.


No refund or Points re-credit will be due in such cases.

  1. Access to the KK O2 Box at The O2 (Invitation Only)

11.1.

Access to the KK O2 Box at The O2 is strictly by invitation only. Being a Club Member does not:


  1. grant you any right or entitlement to attend the KK O2₂ Box;

  2. guarantee that you will be invited;

  3. give you priority, status, or ongoing access; or

  4. create any right to purchase, request, or reserve O2 Box tickets.


Tickets or spaces for the KK O2 Box are not available for purchase using Points, regular payment methods, or any other mechanism. All allocations are made solely at our discretion, subject to availability, suitability, venue rules, and contractual obligations with The O2 and venue partners.


Nothing in these Terms creates any obligation for us to make Box access available to Members, and we may amend, restrict, or discontinue access to the KK O2 Box at any time.

  1. Managing your account, investigations & suspension

12.1.

Viewing your Points. You can view your Points balance, bookings and basic account details via the app/website.

12.2.

Account security. You must keep your login details and any security codes confidential. We are not responsible for loss of Points caused by your failure to keep your details safe or where you have permitted a third party to access your account.

12.3.

Fraud & misuse. We may suspend or investigate your account, refuse to issue Points, or block redemptions if we reasonably suspect:


  1. fraud or attempted fraud;

  2. misuse of the Club;

  3. breach of these Terms, the Association Terms or Event Terms; or

  4. any activity that risks harm to other Members, KK or our partners.

12.4.

Adjustments. Following an investigation, we may:


  1. adjust your Points balance;

  2. cancel bookings made with improperly obtained Points;

  3. suspend or terminate your Club Membership; and/or

  4. take any other action available to us under law.

  1. Ending your membership

13.1.

By you. You can cancel your Club Membership at any time by contacting us or via the app (where available). If you cancel:


  1. your Club Membership ends at the time we process your request (or at the end of your current billing period, if we specify this);

  2. any unused Points will be forfeited; and

  3. you will not be entitled to any refund of fees already paid, unless required by law.

13.2.

By us (for cause). We may terminate your Club Membership immediately if:


  1. you no longer meet our eligibility criteria;

  2. you or your Guest seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, the Association Terms or Event Rules;

  3. you engage in behaviour that could harm the Association, other Members, KK staff or our venues; or

  4. we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse of the programme.


In such cases, unused Points will be forfeited and no refund will be due.

13.3.

By us (programme or business reasons). We may terminate the Club Membership programme or your Membership on notice for business, legal or strategic reasons. Where we do so without fault on your part, we will:


  1. provide notice where reasonably practicable; and

  2. allow a reasonable period for you to redeem any remaining Points.

  1. Changes to the Club & these Terms

14.1.

We evolve. We may change, suspend or withdraw parts of the Club, including:


  1. how Points are earned or spent;

  2. which events are eligible;

  3. Points prices for events;

  4. Renewal fees;

  5. Membership fees.


This helps us keep the programme aligned with our wider group strategy, digital membership model and premium experiential offering.

14.2.

Updates to Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Where changes are significant and affect your rights, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, via email or in-app notice).

14.3.

Your choices. If you continue to use the Club after changes take effect, you will be treated as having accepted the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the Club and cancel your Membership.

  1. Your data & privacy

15.1.

We will use your personal data in accordance with the KK Events / WEAREX (WAX) Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.

15.2.

This includes using your data to:


  1. administer your Club Membership;

  2. track and credit Points;

  3. manage event bookings and attendance;

  4. communicate with you about the Club; and

  5. personalise offers and retention activities, consistent with our retention-first strategy.

15.3.

We may share relevant data with trusted partners (for example, venues, payment processors) where necessary to deliver the Club Services, always in line with our Privacy Policy.

16. Our responsibility to you

16.1.

Your statutory rights. Consumers have certain legal rights known as statutory rights”, derived from consumer protection laws. Nothing in these Terms affects those rights.


In particular, we do not exclude or limit our liability for:


  1. death or personal injury caused by our negligence;

  2. fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or

  3. any matter for which it would be unlawful for us to limit or exclude our liability.

16.2.

What we are not responsible for (general principles). We do not voluntarily accept responsibility for any loss or damage that:


  1. was not caused by us breaching these Terms or a legal duty owed to you;

  2. was not reasonably foreseeable at the time you agreed to these Terms (loss or damage is foreseeable if it is obvious it will happen, or if both you and we understood it might occur at the time the Terms were entered into); or

  3. was caused by an event outside our control.

16.3.

Additional exclusions. We are also not responsible for:


  1. losses not caused by our breach or negligence;

  2. any business or commercial losses, as the Club and Points are for personal use only;

  3. events outside our reasonable control;

  4. the acts or omissions of third-party venues, suppliers or partners (although where a problem is wholly due to a partner, we may — at our discretion — re-credit the Points used for that booking as your sole remedy).

16.4.

Limits. Subject to section 16.1, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Club, your Membership, or any Club Event will be limited to:


  1. the total fees you paid for Club Membership in the 12 months before the claim; and/or

  2. the number of Points used for the specific booking or Reward giving rise to the claim.

17. Your responsibility to us

17.1.

You are responsible for any loss, damage, costs or expenses we reasonably incur as a result of:


  1. your breach of these Terms, the Association Terms or the Event Terms; or

  2. your misuse of the Club, including fraud or attempted fraud.

18. Law, jurisdiction & other legal bits

18.1.

Law. These Terms are governed by English law. If you live in another country, you may also have the protection of mandatory laws of that country.

18.2.

Where you can bring claims. You can bring legal proceedings in the English courts or in the courts of the country where you live.

18.3.

No third-party rights. These Terms are between you and us. No other person has any rights to enforce them.

18.4.

Invalid terms. If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest will remain in full force.

18.5.

No waiver. If we delay in enforcing these Terms, we do not waive our rights and can still enforce them later.

18.6.

Assignment. You may not transfer your Club Membership or any rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation within the KK Group or a purchaser of our business.
